Daily cleaning and inspection

Remove residual cotton and dust: After every day's work, clean the cotton lint and dust attached to the machine chain and gears, and add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to these parts. At the same time, open the valve of the gas storage bottle to drain the accumulated water inside until there is no residual water.

Clean the weighing box: The weighing system is at the heart of equipment accuracy. The inside of the weighing box must be cleaned at least twice a day to keep it clean to prevent dust from affecting weighing accuracy.

Regular special maintenance

Regular maintenance can keep the equipment stable for a long time.

Check the transmission components: Check the tightness of the motor belt every week. If it is too loose, it will affect the power transmission. At the same time, the filling wrapped inside the fuselage (especially the shaft diameter) should be cleaned once a week to avoid increasing the load on the motor or even burning the motor.

Calibrate the weighing and clean the main body: Calibrate the weighing system once a week to ensure stable gram weight. The main box (mixing box) must be opened and cleaned every half month to remove deposited dirt and possible adsorbed metal impurities.

Maintain the pneumatic system: Drain the air compressor and air storage tank every 2-3 days, and drain them every day in areas with high humidity. The oil-water separator on the equipment should also be drained every week. This can greatly extend the service life of the cylinder and solenoid valve.

Pay special attention to sensors and standard operations

Pay attention to the sensor: The accuracy of fully automatic equipment is mainly determined by the sensor, which is also relatively "delicate". If there are abnormal situations such as inaccurate weighing and non-stop transposition, it is likely that there is a problem with the sensor or related circuits, which requires timely maintenance.
