No lint or clogging

This is a common problem, usually due to residual filling in the pipe or interior. It is recommended to empty the velvet bin after each use of the equipment. Before using it next time, set it to idle to drain the remaining velvet in the pipe, which can effectively avoid blockage. If it is clogged, you can try to clear the pipe with air to clear it. In addition, when loading materials, do not fill it too full at one time, which may also easily cause clogging or jamming of the fan blades.

Inaccurate weighing

This type of problem is usually related to sensors, cylinders or solenoid valves. For example, if the weighing tank does not weigh, it may be a fault of the solenoid valve or cylinder; if there is a continuous deviation in the weighing, it may be necessary to check whether the sensor is normal and adjust the index or servo parameters according to the instructions. Regular daily cleaning of the weighing box is important to maintain accuracy.

Abnormal transposition or no response to operation

For example, the indexing machine does not rotate, the splint does not move, the foot controller does not respond, etc. These are mostly related to the in-position detection switch, motor or control circuit. You can give priority to checking whether the relevant proximity switch or photoelectric switch receives the signal normally. In addition, if the relevant delay parameters in the touch screen are set too short, it may also cause the indexing action to be incomplete.

Motor alarm or frequency conversion failure

If the equipment trips frequently or reports motor failure, first check whether the corresponding protection switch in the electric control cabinet has tripped. If it trips repeatedly after closing, it is necessary to consider whether it is overload, phase loss or short circuit. If an alarm related to the frequency converter occurs, it is recommended to check whether there is any jamming resistance in the layering machine, or check whether the parameters of the frequency converter are abnormal.
